Structured Management Teams

Each commercial landscape construction project is allocated a specialist team headed up by a Contract Manager, who acts as a dedicated, single point of contact for our client. The onsite team is managed by a Site Supervisor who supervises all works and reports to the Contract Manager. Formal progress reports, as well as regular informal communications, ensure our clients are kept abreast of key project milestones and developments.
