Landscape and Maintenance Solutions was established in 2012 as a result of our mutual frustration at seeing clients disappointed by unreliability, lack of management and poor communication within Perth’s landscaping industry. Knowing we could do better, we set up Landscape and Maintenance Solutions with a commitment to not only delivering outstanding landscaping solutions, but also to maintaining meticulous management processes, quality assurance audits and excellence in communications to provide an overall superior service experience for our clients.

OH&S

We are dedicated to the absolute health, safety and welfare of all our employees, clients and site visitors. In consultation with our staff, and incorporating the relevant legislation, we developed a comprehensive set of OH&S policies in which all visitors to our site are inducted. Our People

As a rule, Landscape and Maintenance Solutions doesn’t use subcontractors. We run 2 depots in Perth and Bunbury, maintain our own plant and equipment and employ a full-time staff of qualified professionals, overseen by an industry leading Management Team. Our team includes horticulturalists, turf specialists, carpenters, designers and hard landscaping experts. Operating in this manner enables us to offer flexibility and continuity of service to our clients as well as to maintain the high standards we demand of ourselves.

Some of our long-term clients include the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority, LWP Property Group, City of Kwinana, Serpentine Jarrahdale Grammar School, City of Swan, Maxim Homes, City of Nedlands and DMG Property, to name a few.

Landscape and Maintenance Solutions has provided landscape maintenance services to Serpentine Jarrahdale Grammar School since November 2012.
