At Landscape and Maintenance Solutions, we do things a little differently. Naturally, we are committed to delivering the highest quality landscaping solutions possible but we also understand that, in order to save our clients time, money and frustration, we need to do a lot more than that.

Since our inception, we’ve worked hard to establish rigorous processes of oversight, quality control, safety, efficiency and communication. We are committed to continuously evaluating our services to ensure we deliver the highest levels of client satisfaction.

We recruit the best operators in the industry and only use qualified and experienced horticulturalists, hard landscaping experts, turf specialists and plant operators. Our staff share our passion, not only for delivering exceptional work, but also for service excellence.

Our broad range of services include design, construction and maintenance for both the commercial and residential landscaping markets but regardless of which project we’re working on, our clients trust in the fact our service delivery is underpinned by our core company values.

Our Company

OH&S

At Landscape and Maintenance Solutions, we regard the health, safety and welfare of our staff, clients and site users as an integral part of our operations. In consultation with our staff, we developed and implemented a comprehensive OS&H policy which is designed to maintain a safe and healthy work place at all times.

Landscape and Maintenance Solutions has provided landscape maintenance services to Serpentine Jarrahdale Grammar School since November 2012. Their performance in all facets of landscape maintenance, particularly turf mowing is of a high standard and they continuously deliver without fail. Landscape and Maintenance Solutions are the current landscape maintenance contractor at The Glades in Byford. The duties LMS perform are public open space and streetscape maintenance including all aspects of lawn mowing and garden care.
