Landscape and Maintenance Solutions has provided landscape maintenance services to Serpentine Jarrahdale Grammar School since November 2012. Landscape and Maintenance Solutions are the current landscape maintenance contractor at The Glades in Byford. The duties LMS perform are public open space and streetscape maintenance including all aspects of lawn mowing and garden care. LMS provide a high level of service in maintaining the lawns, gardens and reticulation throughout the project. At all times LMS are co-operative and responsive and complete works to a high standard of workmanship.
Since commencing tendered work for the City of Gosnells we have found Landscape Maintenance Solutions to be reliable, efficient and professional. Due to their high standard of work, consistent work ethic and open communication the City found that the usual burden of contractual supervision was significantly reduced. Landscape and Maintenance Solutions were the successful tenderer for the Landscape Maintenance contract at Trinity Estate in Alkimos. Their services include holistic management of the landscapes within the project, including POS, streetscapes and office and communal building turf, garden and irrigation.
